Your Land Tour Starts Here — Luxury Air-Conditioned Minibus

Your day begins in a luxury air-conditioned minibus with capacity for up to 30 guests — comfortable, coordinated, and designed for a smoother land section than a public shuttle. The goal is simple: reach the island’s most important viewpoints without rushing, then connect cleanly with the north-coast boat route.

  1. 1. Shipwreck (Navagio) Viewpoint — Your morning begins above Navagio, at the famous Shipwreck Viewpoint. This is the photo stop from above: the cliff-edge perspective over the bay before you later see the shipwreck from the water.

Join a Select Group of Guests Aboard Our Premium Vessel for the Sea Half of Your Day

After the Shipwreck Viewpoint, your minibus takes you to Agios Nikolaos harbour on the north coast — the departure point for the boat leg. You board a premium vessel for the managed north-coast route. The captain knows the cave entrances, the currents, and the best angles for Navagio. Three hours on the Ionian, with open swimming stops at the most iconic spots in Greece.

  1. 2. Agios Nikolaos Harbour — From the viewpoint, your minibus takes you directly to Agios Nikolaos harbour on the north coast. Here you board the boat for the route order: Blue Caves → Navagio / Shipwreck from the water → White Beach.

The boat takes you through the north-coast highlights in the confirmed order: Blue Caves first, then Navagio / Shipwreck from the water, then White Beach. Three hours on the water, with swimming stops and plenty of time for photos.

Note: Landing on Navagio Beach is prohibited since 2022 due to rockfall risk. The boat anchors in the bay for photography and swimming from the vessel.

  1. 3. Xigia (Ξίγκια) Beach — On the return journey from Agios Nikolaos, your tour makes a final stop at Xigia (Ξίγκια) Beach — a hidden cove where natural sulphurous springs rise through the seabed just offshore. The water here is warm, mineral-rich, and unlike anywhere else on the island. The perfect way to end the day before heading back to Kalamaki.

Why This Tour

The Sweet Spot Between Mass Tourism and a €800 Private Charter

A private minibus charter from Kalamaki to Navagio costs €350–€450 minimum. Add a private boat and you’re at €700–€800 or more for two people. The Land & Sea Tour at €70 per person gives you the same headline north-coast icons — Shipwreck Viewpoint, Blue Caves, Navagio from the water, White Beach and Xigia — with land transport, free hotel pickup and the boat leg coordinated in one clear day.

This is a luxury air-conditioned minibus and boat combination for up to 30 guests. For families, couples and small groups, it keeps the island’s biggest north-coast route simple: one booking request, one confirmed meeting point, one coordinated day.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the tour last?

The Land & Sea Tour runs approximately 9 hours in total. Departure is at 09:00 from our office in Kalamaki. You return at approximately 18:00. The morning land section takes around 2 hours. The boat trip from Agios Nikolaos covers 3 hours on the water, plus boarding and disembarkation time.

How many guests can join the Land & Sea Tour?

The land section uses a luxury air-conditioned minibus with capacity for up to 30 guests. Availability and operating details are confirmed before any deposit is requested, especially in July and August.

Is the boat trip included in the price?

Yes. The €70 per person price includes both the minibus tour and the 3-hour boat trip to Blue Caves, Navagio / Shipwreck from the water and White Beach. Free hotel pickup is included. There are no hidden extras. Note: landing on Navagio Beach has been prohibited since 2022 — the boat enters the bay for photography and swimming from the vessel.

Do you offer hotel pickup, and from which areas?

Yes. Free hotel pickup is included from your hotel. Simply mention your hotel when booking and we will coordinate pickup timing.

Q.Is the Land & Sea Tour suitable for young children?

A.

Yes — this is one of our most family-friendly experiences. The minibus leg is air-conditioned and comfortable for all ages, with frequent stops and no long drives. The boat section departs from a calm, sheltered harbour and moves at a relaxed pace. We regularly take families with children from age 4 upwards. Life jackets are available in all sizes on board. If your child has specific needs — nap times, food restrictions, motion sensitivity — let us know when booking and we will plan around them.

Q.Can we adjust the pace or stops to suit our family?

A.

Absolutely. Unlike mass-market group tours where the schedule is fixed for 30 strangers, our Land & Sea Tour operates with genuine flexibility. If the children want to stay longer at a swim stop, we stay longer. If someone needs a break from the sun, we find shade. We keep groups small on purpose — so your family is never rushed, never waiting, and never compromised by people you did not arrive with. Just tell us your priorities when you book.
