Booking & Payment

How do I make a booking?
Submit a booking request through our website. No payment is required at this stage. We confirm availability and respond directly — usually within a few hours.
Do I need to pay upfront?
From the 2026 season, all bookings require a 30% deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid at the harbour on the day of your trip.
How can I pay the deposit?
You can pay via PayPal, bank transfer, Revolut, or in cash at our office opposite Zakynthos Airport, Kalamaki.

Weather & Cancellations

What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor conditions daily. If the sea is unsafe, we contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund. We do not operate in unsafe conditions.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible. For bookings where a deposit has been paid, our cancellation policy details will be provided at the time of booking.

Group Excursions

Can I land on Shipwreck Beach (Navagio)?
No. Since 2022, landing on Navagio Beach has been prohibited by Greek authorities due to rockfall risk. Our boats enter the bay fully and anchor for extended photography and swimming from the vessel.
Will we definitely see sea turtles?
Turtle sightings are common on our Marine Park tours but are never guaranteed — they are wild animals in their natural habitat. Morning departures (09:00) offer the highest likelihood of sightings.

Private Boat Trips

Can we customise the route?
Yes. Every package has a suggested itinerary, but your captain can adapt stops and timing on the day based on your preferences and sea conditions.
What is the difference between the ALKIONI and other departure points?
ALKIONI is our premium vessel departing from Zakynthos Town. It is a Sessa Marine with twin Yamaha 150HP engines, an on-board cabin with shade, and includes snacks, champagne, and drinks on every trip. It is the only private charter that comfortably reaches both the north and south coasts in a single day.

Rent a Boat

Do I need a boating licence to rent a boat?
No. Our self-drive boats are available to anyone aged 18 and over — no boating licence is required. A full safety briefing is provided by our team before every departure.
Is fuel included in the rental price?
Fuel is not included in the listed price. On return, consumption is measured using the boat's fuel gauge, and you pay only for exactly what you used — no flat fuel fees, no hidden charges.
How many people can the boat carry?
Each boat accommodates up to 8 people. The base rental price covers groups of up to 4 people. For groups of 5 to 8, an additional €5 per person applies. Minimum age to operate is 18 years.

Minivan Tours

Where do the tours depart from?
All minivan tours depart from our office, opposite Zakynthos Airport in Kalamaki. Hotel pickup is available upon request and is charged separately.
Is the boat included in the Land & Sea tour?
Yes. The Land & Sea tour includes a 3-hour boat trip from Agios Nikolaos to the Blue Caves and Navagio — fully included in the €80 per person price.

General

Where is your office?
Our office is opposite Zakynthos Airport, Kalamaki, Zakynthos 291 00, Greece. We are open daily during the tourist season.
What languages do you speak?
We speak English and Greek. Hungarian is also available from June to September.
