What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence held for at least one year is required. Drivers must be 21 or older. An International Driving Permit is not needed for EU licence holders. For non‑EU licences, an IDP may be requested depending on your country of issue — just ask us when booking.
How does the insurance work?
All our rentals include full insurance with an excess of €600. This means you're covered for damage to the vehicle, but the first €600 of any claim is your responsibility. Many travellers choose to purchase a separate excess waiver policy from their home country, which typically costs a few euros per day.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. We deliver the car to Zakynthos Airport, your hotel, or any address on the island at no extra cost. When you book, just tell us where and when you'd like to pick up the car, and we'll be there. Same for drop‑off — we collect the car from wherever you are.
What about fuel?
The car is supplied with a quarter tank of fuel. We ask that you return it with the same level — there are plenty of petrol stations across the island, and the nearest one to the airport is only a 2‑minute drive. We don't charge a refuelling fee if the tank is returned at the agreed level.
What if I have a problem during the rental?
We provide 24‑hour roadside assistance. If you experience any mechanical issue, flat tyre, or simply have a question, you can reach us immediately on WhatsApp at +30 694 771 1190. We'll get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
How do I book and when do I pay?
Booking is simple: send us a WhatsApp message with your preferred dates and car model. We'll confirm availability and hold the car for you — no deposit is required. You pay when you pick up the car by cash or card. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the rental start.
